Why the chat button disappears from time to time?

Sometimes I click on “Chat Now”, a new windows open, I type my questions and no chat button appears. I’m talking about the “begin chat” buttons.

I tried with different browser: nothing changes.

This is really probably something for Infusionsoft support - give them a call and tell them you are experiencing it - they can at least add it to a list of issues for devs to check. You might try clearing your cookies and cache first just to make sure it isn’t on your side, but if it recurs, you’d want to let them know so they can address it.
