I Am wondering if anyone found a solution to avoid campaign overlaps. I have several nurturing campaigns (per customer type) and one onboarding one and I don’t want to spam my contacts with both. I’ve been previously advised to use different tags/goals to start/stop a sequence but it is not always a feasible solution. Anyone who found a similar issue?
Use tag mitigation. When one tag is raised (which you would do when one email or sequence has already been done, then you bypass with a decision diamond to a different sequence that is not the other email set. The sequence you bypass to could even be empty if you don’t need anything else done at that point but it would allow you to mitigate around the other content.
