Maybe a basic question for you all but just want to know the process within Infusionsoft.
If a lead request “do-not-call” list. Is there a way to do that within the contact? Or is the practice to tag and delete?

You can tag them and then run an Action Set that will unsubscribe them.
For Do Not Call, that would be a tag that you would need to look at before calling (using 3rd parties, you can auto-delete the phone number).
@Jeff_Arnold, I know that PlusThis can automatically unsubscribe but I wasn’t aware that Infusionsoft natively can automate the email status to unsubscribed/non-marketable.
You are right … I flip-flopped this.
I was thinking that any of the ‘actions’ in the dropdown were accessible by Action Sets (and one of the actions is to set the email status).
Email status is not avail in an action set, but you can set a field value, so you could set the phone value to something else to avoid them being called.
