I have a list of tagged customers that I don’t want to be included in a campaign. How can I NOT have them receive the campaign?
After the tag that starts the campaign, connect two sequences - the one with the emails you want sent and another blank sequence. When you connect 2 sequences a decision diamond will appear. In there, select the option of “if the contacts tags does not include X tag” put them in the first sequence. “If the contacts tags contains X tag” put in the blank sequence.
By doing this, anyone at any time who enters your campaign that has that X tag won’t go through the campaign.
