Best way to track multi-channel lead source attribution

We have developed a system that tracks the source of leads for each form that is submitted on our clients’ WordPress Websites using Gravity Forms.
The result is that our Lead Source field has many lead sources, separated by pipes.
Ideally, we would like to have the first touch, last touch and then a weighted multi-touch approach to know the relative weight that each lead source played in winning conversions.
Does anyone have recommendations on how to best add the lead source data in the attached screenshot so that we can get the most value on our best-performing lead sources from within Infusionsoft?
