Automation of imported contacts

I’ve imported contacts, tagged them (requested download) to enter a campaign but they do not automatically enter the campaign.
What am I missing?

Is the goal (in your case tag) is initial one in campaign? if not check either campaign tag goal is configured to trigger for ‘Contacts in this campaign only’

Take a snapshot of the campaign they are meant to enter and post it. That will help to determine what’s happening.

Yes, thats what I’m missing!
so if I tag as a start goal then all contacts tagged will automatically go through the sequence once.
