How do I manage cold leads in my CRM they dont want me to call again or email again they will contact me when ready do I mark them as Lost? they are not Lost just not yet ready - how do I put them to sleep but keep them in my name ? thanking you in advance, Michael.
Generally you want to just mark them as opted out (aka unmarketable). That way when they run through automations, they can still have other things happen (like tasks etc) without sending emails out to them (which would just be ignored).
