Using Custom Opt-Out Forms

I created a custom Opt-Out in my automation links, but I have absolutely no clue how to add it to an email! I seemingly can’t edit the Can Spam Opt-Out link in the email builder, and I don’t even know what the link is to the custom Opt-Out form I created!

Any suggestions?

Custom Links are considered legacy and can only be used in legacy email templates.
