Stop campaign till manual action is done

we need to create a sequence like this:

  1. user is registered
  2. gets a welcome email
  3. gets a phone call from our office
  4. sequence stop till the secretary gives the ok, after the phone call, then start again

the “ok” could be a check box or any other thing.

is it possible to do?

Internal form submission would be the easiest to setup, I’d wager.

All of the campaign after the phone call starts from that internal form – secretary pulls up their content record after the phone call, then uses the internal form submission option. Boom, campaign resumes from that internal form node. Just have to make sure the internal form’s name is sufficiently unique (in case there are several in the dropdown list for that contact).
