SOLVED: DKIM Authentication for additional domains

I am attempting to set up dkim authentication for a second mail host in the Marketing settings. We use multiple brands to market our product and are getting dmarc notices that our emails are failing dkim authentication. The control panel only allows us to authenticate a single domain. How can I add a second domain to the email authentication panel?

Hi Ian,

I believe that you can only authenticate domains that are attached to your various users. Try added a new user with an email address on that new domain and then see if it allows you to set up DKIM for it.

Confirming what @Greg_Jenkins has said. The domains that are available for DKIM will only show based on the domains in the email addresses of existing users.
