Email Deliverablity

We have customers with email domain and sadly emails sent from Infusionsoft are failing with the reason “blocked”.
Customer has added Infusionsoft domain to their safe sender list
Anyone know if there is a problem with Infusionsoft not recognising customer domain as it does NOT have the normal ending ie or .com
Any constructive ideas/suggestions welcome

I’ve checked and they are not setup properly with SPF and that means it is not most likely setup correctly for DKIM. The don’t have DMARC either (that is a lesser concern). For DKIM, their app would look like the following under marketing->settings and selecting Email Authentication:
