My InfusionSoft account is connected to Zapier, and we’re using it for several Zaps. However, when I choose a trigger of “New Payment”, of which we have hundreds, it isn’t able to find any. Subsequently, it won’t let me finish building my Zap, and I can’t use that trigger.
Is there a known issue with that trigger, in general, orrrr… do I just have a support issue with my account? Chat support had no idea what I was asking.
Exactly. The “Find Data” step just keeps spinning and eventually times out. Alternatively, I tried sending order data using a webhook (lives in the “JK Reporting” campaign), but the database fields I used aren’t populating:
