Pull down list for Owner to an opportunity is not showing all users

Hello, I have been in Dynamics CRM for years and I am new to IS. I added few users to the systems, one is Admin, the other sales manager. When I create an opportunity and try to assign an owner, I am only given the choice to assign myself, none of the other users are showing up there. How can I make sure the pull down for owner shows all the users I may want to be able to pick from?

Problem solved, I had to add users to “Sales rep” group even if they were already “Admin”
