We have 4 users in our Infusionsoft group. Currently, only 2 of the users appear in the “Currently Assigned to” drop-down list in the opportunities screen. I can’t seem to find the settings to add the other users or find any support articles on how to do this.
Can anyone give some guidance.
So, by default the only users who can “own” opportunities are those who are in the sales rep, or sales manager user groups.
It’s a relatively unknown feature, but basically you’ll want to open the user record, switch to the groups tab, and add your users to the appropriate groups. Then, you can go to the opportunities section and assign the opps to the right person.
