I scheduled an email broadcast but Infusionsoft skipped all of the email addresses. Why did it happen?

Hi there, I scheduled a few email broadcasts the other day and when I went back to check the results a few days later, one of the emails hadn’t been sent to anyone. The report just said that all of the email addresses had been skipped.

I have been doing email broadcasts for a while now and it was the first time something like this happened. From the 5 emails I scheduled, only one failed to be sent and, on top of that, I had scheduled it for the same contacts I usually email.

So, I prepared the email again, prepared the recipients and send it straight away instead of scheduling it for another day. It worked.

Does anyone have an idea why this happened? Thank you!
