Email Broadcasts Skipping Contacts

Hey There Infusionsoft Community!

About twice a month we send an email broadcast to our entire database and are finding the broadcast tool is skipping people who’ve previously received emails, haven’t opted out, no changed to the contact record, etc. They aren’t even showing up in the report which means the search for “all contacts” seems to be a bit broken? We haven’t investigated beyond this contact but are noticing wildly different totals on each broadcast report. Does anyone have any tips here?

The only thing I can think of is that you have duplicate contacts? If that’s the case, you can run a dup-check to see if anything gets flagged as a duplicate.
