Duplicate broadcasts being sent to contacts

Hi there, I’m getting complaints from our email subscribers that they’re receiving the same email twice, however I can’t see this in Infusionsoft when I check their activity. The contact is also not a duplicate so I’m stumped as to how they’re getting multiple emails. It could be an email client issue potentially?

Any help would be great.

Hi Emma, the best thing to do would be talk to IS support and supply them with some of the email addresses that have complained. IS will then be able to backtrack what happened.
