I’d like to know if Keap has any intentions of allowing automation to occur when a contact or a web visitor sends a message to your Keap Marketing number. Ideally, if we could see incoming messages via the API we could notify team members and route messages to the correct person, provide automated responses, or trigger other Keap or Zapier automation.
This could be incredibly valuable, especially for businesses with users who don’t live within Keap all day.
