However, unless you need the space in your database, I normally leave the non-marketable contacts in there. They might still have useful information (notes, orders, opportunities, etc) that could be valuable to you if that person ever comes back around and signs up for something.

Also, if you do any facebook advertising you might consider exporting your list of non-marketable contacts, and then importing it as a custom audience in Facebook so you can run a promotion of some kind to them!
