I have around 600 contacts that are no longer used. I was wondering how I can remove them altogether, instead of removing them one by one. Thanks
go to Contacts
do a search for those people (based on whatever criteria you have)
when that list comes up, click the checkbox at the top left of the list.
That will ‘select all’
Then, use the ‘Actions’ dropdown and you can delete the contacts.
Thanks,
Jeff

Just a recommendation. Generally, you wouldn’t want to just ‘delete’ the contacts. That’s marketing data that has value to any business. More appropriate is to either tag them to indicate them as inactive and use that tag to keep them from being marketed to, or to just mark them all as admin-optout or unmarketable (or do both). That way you retain the data and stop sending marketing all at the same time.
Alternatively, at least to a full export of the data before deleting contacts.
