As the saying goes, ‘What you measure, you can manage’. I am trying to manage the outward-bound sales activities of our B2B logistics sales team.
Is there a plug-in that automatically can update the Keap Contact record once I’ve called from the phone or an app?
Does this then generate good management reports to view activity by sales stage (eg cold calling volumes this week)?
Is there a way to prompt the user to write down the call outcome via phone after the call is finished?
Sorry, a few questions. I’m sure the answer is out there in the way of a plug-in.
