I just purchased keap for a new start up and I am looking to build a sales pipeline that will allow my sales reps to move contacts through the life cycle of the sale. The videos on pipelines I found online look to be other versions of Keap and I am not sure how to set up my version to allow me to move my leads through a clear simple process. What I really want to do is move them through this stage.

Yes, the best way to work on that is to set up a pipeline and move people through the pipeline by way of applying tags. Max classic does not have the drag and drop pipeline feature like the newer versions of keap do, however, you can easily manage your pipeline by building internal forms that will apply and remove tags to move people through the pipeline.
