Hi, i need to integrate a custom ERP with Keap Sales Pipeline, creating Deals and move them through the various stages. Looking many posts it seems now Sales Pipeline is not supported so there is no way to do this. Any news from Let’s Grow Summit about this?
I don’t have an exact date, but it is coming soon. Probably in January. We are just buttoning it up now and it will be released after some additional testing.
+1 for this, @bradb. Any word on being able to update deals via Keap’s Rest API?
From what I can see in Bradley Profile, he has not been around since the end of December.
The REST v2 API Documentation has been updated, but the New Endpoints are either not available or they yet to be documented. But I do not see anything about the Deals / Sales Pipeline.

It is coming. Most of them are done and being tested for release. I would probably say at least by the end of the quarter.

The acquisition slowed some of the release work. The original target was this week, but now it is the end of quarter 2. That is the deadline we have set for our teams internally, so new endpoints should start showing up between now and then. The Sales Pipeline APIs will be part of this.
Over the last 18 months we’ve designed an Insurance API that pulls policy data from an Agency Mgmt platform into opportunity. After working on this project and investing a lot of money we learned opportunity is a dead end because there is 0 integration with NEW Pipelines . So we switched gears to push into KEAP. My developer started working on this and informed me (from this) that currently there is no API Integration with DEALS. Without this our project is at a complete standstill. When will APIs be available?

Checking Bradley profile, he was last seen in the community in April.
Apparently July 1st Keap was meant to release 200 new endpoints, as mentioned in several places.

Now it is July 8th, and no news have been mentioned. Not even the documentation has been updated either.
Looking at the new PHP SDK, there is support for the Sales Pipeline, which you can see the documentation here.

In July Keap had released over 200 total v2 endpoints. Keap REST API . This was discussed in our annual Product Livestream the end of June.
We have also discussed the delay of the Sales Pipeline in some of the Developer Partner forums. We have encountered some issues that we are working diligently to resolve and have several dedicated engineers working on. We currently do not have a new estimate of when the Sales Pipeline will be released.

@Angi_Hast , there seems to been a miscommunication on what is meant by “New”.
In the Bulletin announcement, it says the following: “We are thrilled to announce a significant expansion of our API offerings! On July 1, 2025, we will be releasing approximately 200 new REST v2 API endpoints.”
That sounded like it was going to cover all the areas that were missing in comparison to XML-RPC API, but what you are saying that there are now 200 endpoints that have been released since REST v2 was introduced.
Apart from the Sales Pipeline, there is no way to interact with the Invoices and Payments. When is that going to be introduced?
Also, when are the Query Parameters going to be enhanced to be comparable to XML-RPC? At the moment they are looking like they are going to be set in stone for REST v2.
Many of the endpoints are new to REST (but most certainly new to v2 REST).
In an effort to walk before we run, we first want to ensure, as we are getting ready to wrap up XML-RPC that we have value parity in REST v2. But if there are areas that you feel are missing in XML-RPC or our current REST APIs, please feel free to share your thoughts. All I ask is that you be as specific as possible about what you are looking for.
While my team owns the infrastructure/architectural design of the API setup, many of our other great teams here own the actual endpoints related to their line of business. I will pass these along, but would prefer them to be with enough detail that I am not trying to guess or interpret what is being sought, so please elaborate and feel free to include examples, screenshots, etc. to help make your question/request clear.
Also, if you would like a direct response, please include an email address, since these requests will be leaving this forum to be shared with other teams. If you are fine with general announcements an email is not necessary.

So in summary still no API access to “new” (6 year old!) pipeline and deals feature, and no expectation that it’s coming any time soon?
The API team does not own the endpoints in the API, primarily the structure of the API. However we have been working closely on this project with the team that does own it and I believe they will be providing an update before year end. As partners, you will be the first to know about any new information regarding the pipeline.
