Hi! Hoping to get help with automating tags to sales pipeline stage. Let’s say they move from prospect to sale, I want to have an automatic tag applied so they can be put through a new automated nurturing sequence.

Hi Michael, in campaign builder you will want to use the Opportunity Stage Moved goal, using that, with a sequence after it you can then apply a tag when someone moves into a stage or out of the stage (a choice in settings)

Thank you for the response. Looks like I don’t have “Opportunity Stage Moved” in my goals. Is that separate service?
@Michael_Chin, the latest generation of Infusionsoft does not yet support sales pipeline automation…that is currently only available in Classic infusionsoft with the sales pipeline addon. Here is what it looks like: Stage To Stage Pipeline Automation | Max Classic
