For some reason, in the decision diamond rules, the option to use “Form Submission” does not show up. Help! Please!

Are you using the landing page builder or the webform editor? The webform editor must have the draft setting set to ready in order to show. The landing page builder should set automatically I believe.

Is the decision diamond directly connected to the web form goal, or is there a sequence between the diamond and the web form?
If there is an additional sequence between, the diamond won’t be aware of the form.
