Hi there!

I am trying to create a landing page that captures a few different things from those signing up. A couple of those it doesn’t seem to have, but I’m hoping there’s an easy solution to.

I want to be able to have a radio field with the last option to be “Other” with a place for them to type in the answer. I’d also like to have a Comment box at the end.

Are there ways to do this I’m just not seeing?

Hi, @Kayla_Pickrell. Check out how to create custom fields. After you set them up, you can put them on your web form using the “Other” Field Snippet. If you find that you need a more robust survey, you can find integrations with Survey Monkey being offered by our partners.
