Hello, I’m doing some campaign building and I can’t figure out why I’m having trouble processing an upcoming campaign item. When I click the “Process” button, I receive the following error and then nothing seems to happen: “This Set Field Value has already been processed by the System.”
I have a sequence in a campaign that sets a custom field, and then another sequence that waits 7 days and sets the custom field to something else. To test this all, I added the sequences to a contact. The first sequence worked and the custom field was set. But when I go to the “Upcoming Campaign Items” section and click “Process” on the “Set Field Value” sequence I get the error mentioned above.
I Googled and searched this knowledge base for that error and came up with nothing. Any ideas? Thanks!
