Change the time zone on my Keap account

Is there a way to change the time zone which my Keap account refers to?
After the Email Broadcast result list change, my emails are listed in no particular order, and the times shown are in American time, not GMT which my emails are set to send at. This means that when I’m looking for an email sent in the list it shows the send time as 2:00pm, rather than 7:00pm

Is there a way to change my entire Kep account to recognise GMT as it’s set time zone? This could cause major issues to my companies way of working.

If you go under Admin - Settings, there is a location to set your default timezone.

However, if that is set, but the new broadcast setup is showing a different timezone, then it is an issue with the broadcast setup itself, not a ‘system timezone’ issue.

Hi Jeff,

The time issue seems to appear on the Emails & Broadcasts list, the list itself shows a different time to the one the email results page shows. My time zone is set correctly on the account - it’s only this list which shows incorrect times for my emails, which is frustrating as this is where I go to check my email status’
