Time Zone Bug

Hi there, it seems as though there is a bug in Infusionsoft’s time zone feature. I’ve tried scheduling email broadcasts “Using the Contact’s Timezone” and scheduled the broadcast for a time the next day that is after the current time in GT +14, and it will say “Has past due recipients.”

For example, it’s about 3pm EST where I am, and I just tried to schedule one for noon tomorrow, and it said “has past due recipients.” I’m not sure how that’s possible when it’s only 10am in Kiritimati (+14). We do have some contacts in NZ (+13), but that’s it, and it’s only 9am there.
