Is it possible to add a new “entity” in the CRM? I would like to add a custom Projects module with its own custom fields.
I was told that this was possible in Keap, but I don’t see where to do it.

Never heard of that ability, and nor does Infusionsoft (Keap Max Classic) have it either.
Unless there is a plan to add it in a future update?
You can create Custom Fields for Contacts and Companies.

You could use those sections as a possible workaround for your Projects module.
Prefix the name with "Project - ", then use the Custom Fields section to store the details you require.
