Batch Amend Email Status

We have noticed when I sent out a recent email broadcast that a large proportion of our data imported from our legacy systems into infustionsoft have been marked with an email status of Non-Marketable

I am looking for a way to batch update these contacts to have and email status of Unconfirmed as they should have been originally

Any help would be brilliant !!

Hi Maureen,

provided you do in fact have permission to contact all of these clients I would recommend exporting the problem files and then selecting that you have permission when it prompts you upon importing them again. You should then be able to merge the data together using the “data cleanup” options. But be careful!

I’ve managed to resolve the issue by opting in an export of the Non-Marketable contacts (with exela supports help) so everything is as it should be
