Application status still "waiting" after a week


First, I want to say I love the Infusionsoft REST API. :smiley:

Second, I created two additional applications for development and testing purposes (one for my local server and one for a remote staging server), but their status is still “waiting” even after a week or so. I opened a ticket several days ago regarding this, but haven’t heard anything there either.

If this isn’t the right place to ask this I apologize; just let me know where to go instead.


Jason, you can submit a ticket to the API support representatives, who will get back to you promptly. Things that just go into the queue without a ticket tend to take longer. :slight_smile:
