API Stuck on Waiting


I started a new web application that needs to integrate with infusionsoft using the api, but my information is still stuck on waiting after about a week. I opened a ticket related to this but have not received a response (started 2/28/18) so I was hoping that I could get some information on how to fix this. Thank you!
