What is the best way in Keap to move a prospect through a funnel if we have a specific call cycle

We have an 8 touch process and we don’t want to use a naming convention any longer so we can quickly see how many prospects are in what call sequence. What is the easiest way to set this up so we can then pull this list and create a call list in Turbo dial from the touch sequence we are currently on for our overall prospects list.

I don’t know what you mean by "we don’t want to use a naming convention any longer”, but if you created a custom field for “Call Sequence Counter”, you could set up your sequence whereby you trigger the ToDo tag/Task for the call, then you change that field to increase by 1 (manually set it in the sequence). Then, you could set up your saved searches to pull that number and your specific ’need to call tag’ and create saved searches that way. In this screenshot I have an email going out instead of a call being triggered, but you can see the concept. After call 1, it changed the Set Sequence Counter to 2, etc.
