Hi, I need to correct some email that has bene considered not valid by keap and put in opt-out system.
The problem was that these conctact have bene imported but have ; at the end When imported. (Es. name@gmail.com;
I try to correct the mail and also to Make a Manual opt-in but nothing to do…
How can I Make these mail valid?

If you remove the semicolon, it should give you the chance to check the box for “I have permission to email this address”
If you check that, but it still says ‘not valid’, then either the system has opted out the address or the person previously opted out.
You can check the email history to see what it says. If it says “opted out by system due to restricted” then there is nothing you can do about it.
