Recently signed up for the Keap trial and it seems to tick almost all our boxes. However, there’s one problem.
When manually sending emails to clients via the deal record, there’s an unsubscribe link at the bottom. However, when sent via the contact record, we don’t have that problem.
How do we remove it when sending emails to clients via the deal record?
The other CRMs we’ve tested (Hubspot & Pipedrive) don’t have this problem.
P.S. these aren’t marketing emails to current customers plus we’re in Australia (not legally required to have an unsubscribe link when communicating with clients/customers).
