Deleting bounces/unsubs


Is it best practice to delete emails in our lists that have bounced or unsubscribed? or do they need to stay there in case they get added to the list again at a later date?

Best to remove them.
Keap keeps track on the back end if they unsubscribe so if you manually add them again nothing will happen.
The only way to get them reactivated is for them to opt in again through a Keap web form or order form.
