Tracking link clicks from a signature

Hello! Is there a way to track the link clicks from the signature block of campaign emails? In the campaign click report, I seem to only see the “if you’re having trouble viewing this email…” link clicks (or at least this is my guess based on a test run, it’s labeled with a # on the report). I see the section in help for tracking links in campaigns but it doesn’t seem to apply to the signature block of the email within a campaign (this appears as one block which I can’t seem to edit in the campaign pieces). I went back to the signature in users and updated the link names, etc. It still does not seem to track clicks or I’m looking in the wrong spot/report. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
