I would like the addition of a tag to trigger a contact record to have a specific item selected in a drop down menu - is that possible?
In the Campaign Builder set up the tag you want as a Tag Goal. In the sequence that follows, set up a Set Field Value action step that sets that field with the drop down value that you want.
