Hi, How do you tag a contact when they OPEN and email but do not click on anything in the email. We want to be able to follow up with people who opened an email but did not click on anything AND also people who never opened the email. Can you please tell me how this is done?

There isn’t a way to ‘easily’ trigger information on the email opens, but here is a video on how you can build a workaround using Lead Scoring to track opens.
