Reports don't agree

My Email Broadcasts reports says 14 emails were sent on 8/22. When I view the report, it says the same thing. However, when I drill down and click the "14 total delivered to actually see who received the email, it only shows 7 deliveries. Why is there a discrepancy?

Should I assume there were 14 deliveries and if so, how do I identify the other 7?

If there were only 7 deliveries, why does the “My Email Broadcasts” screen and report show 14 deliveries?

As I have to report on this weekly, I really need accurate information.


Looks like part of a known issue.

We are currently investigating the reason why some broadcast reports will show the Total delivered, Emails sent and Emails skipped as twice the amount of what was actually sent
