If someone on the list unsubscribes by accident how do you get them back on?

If someone unsubscribes by accident, they can resubscribe by signing up through any web form or landing page. Or, if they reach out to you to let you know they’ve made a mistake, you can manually change their email status back to marketable. :slight_smile:

Where would I change their status back to marketable?

From the contact record itself, right below their email you should see a “manage email status” link.
