I have a contact that opted out of emails last year.
Now they are a customer and need to opt back in to receive their login info and other information.
How do I change them from OPt-out to Opt-in?
Click on the ‘manage status’ link under their email
There you can choose to opt them back in and/or send them a confirmation email for them to confirm status.
