Quick search not functioning for imported contacts

I have imported contacts, added tags, sent emails, made notes on the contact records… even after two days their information does not populate in the quick search.

I run an agency where we need to be able to pull up their information quickly when they call in. Whether it is putting in their phone number, their last name… Even linked contacts to spouses. It’s especially relevant to new leads that we get that we need to reach immediately.

Why is the quick search function not working for these contacts?

The quick search feature has issues quite often. It has been a known issue on the known issues page on and off for the past few months. It has nothing to do with your specific contacts.
