Shouldn’t I be able to pause, edit and resume a broadcast all from the “View Email Broadcasts” page or the broadcast report? Why am I having to jump around and go to saved templates, etc? It isn’t intuitive and it is just so much extra clicking! I feel like Infusionsoft is designed for programmers and the UX/UI is really lacking.
Is this a one time thing or is this your general workflow? If the latter, then you might want to consider sending emails through campaign builder as it will give you delay timers and conditions that you can use to manage when emails are sent.
