Hi,

How do I get email responses in my infusionsoft inbox after sending an email broadcast? The responses only come to my normal email account.

@Sara_Williams That depends on your email account. Infusionsoft has sync options for both Outlook and Gmail. Check out these articles.

Thanks Nancy. I am still stuck as the articles only had instruction regarding gmail. I am using 1&1.

Hey Sara, there is no direct sync options for that email client that I know of.

Infusionsoft is an email sender but not an email client (per se). You can register SMTP on your user record but it doesn’t register email responses that are not sent to your user email. This means that the contact record that must be used for workflow management does not register email responses. So essentially, you don’t have an interactive way to do so.
