Can infusionsoft log a regular email from outlook into the infusionsoft contact record automatically?
No, IS cannot log incoming emails or responses to emails. It isn’t an email client so it will only send them not receive them (or record record of their receipt). Even if the api were used to record the content of an incoming email, that email would show up in IS as an email that was sent from IS not received.
