HI,
I have created a new user and copied permission from an existing user.

The new user is now created twice

  1. The new user name is now linked to the existing user email address with the new user first name
  2. The new user name is linked to his own email address with the new user first name

The existing user: Try to change the first name and surname to the correct name, but it does not work.
