Need help with IS and Kajabi

I am working with Kajabi to house my product. One product sends back an error whenever an order is placed:
This site can’t be reached ’s server IP address could not be found.


Any input on where I can even begin looking to see what is happening?

Hi, @Priscilla_Hoover. I would first contact the person/company who built the integration. Do you know who made it?

When I reached out she said it’s a Kajabi issue. I’ve been chatting with Kajabi and they are saying it’s an Infusion Soft issue:
“Regarding the Thank you page, it would be best to check with Infusionsoft if it’s possible to use a different link (Thank you page) to redirect users to the Kajabi landing pages.”

I have people trying to order!

I’m guessing your Thank You page is set to redirect to which looks like a bad link. What URL did Kajabi say to use?
