Hey guys, we were getting an error with one of our MyFusion routes and after lots of fiddling decided to contact Nick for support via the in website support tickets. But I haven’t heard back from him in a while about it, and have tried to contact him on both the original ticket as well as a new one, and he doesnt have a way to contact him besides that. Has anyone else experienced this with them? We are still being billed so I hope he comes back sooner rather than later.
They do have an email listed on their site for concerns: firstname.lastname@example.org
Unfortunately that’s the same email that their ticketing system uses, and one that I have tried a few times now
I understand things come up, its just unfortunate to leave billed customers in this void of not knowing where or what is happening haha
